March 2008: EuReGene goes Live!
After 3 years of the project, the EuReGene kidney atlas and Expression databases have gone public.
These can be accessed from the EuReGene Kidney Atlas Data Portal page.
Additional resources such as a movie of kidney development and the ontology database and EuReGene's mutant phenotype data
can be accessed from the portal page as well.
04.01.2007 - Kidney Function Tutorial Uploaded
As part of its aim to provide intelligible infomation about kidney research
and its impact on the public, EuReGene has produced a number of tutorial pages on kidney function.

Investors' Continued Interest in Therapeutical Agent that may
Prevent Renal Damage Side Effects Caused by Antibiotics
ReceptIcon has raised approximately 4 million € for continued development of its first drug candidate.
ReceptIcon's recent efforts have focused on the development of drug candidates capable of preventing unpleasant and expensive renal damaging
side effects associated with the otherwise effective treatment with the antibiotics of the amino glycoside group, a.o. Gentamycin.
The investor team consists of the venture funds Dansk Erhvervsinvestering, INCUBA Venture, VECATA A/S, Innovations Kapital (Sweden) and Oestjysk Innovation.
Grant for Nocturnal Dialysis awarded to Dr. Müller (Charité Berlin)
Dr. Dominik Müller has recently been granted 118.000€ from the peer reviewed Else-Kröner-Fresenius Foundation to run a
two year project on nocturnal dialysis with children which has started on October 1st last year.
In light of this project, a Symposium on New Beginnings of Haemodialysis in Children and Adults is being held
at the Kaiserin Friedrich Haus on the 8th of April 2006 from 9:00 till 14:45 (Robert Koch Platz 7, 10115 Berlin).

no later than the 10th of March 2006. (Please note that the Symposium will be partly in German).
